Q: Are your teas free from pesticides and artificial additives?
A: All our Chinese loose-leaf teas are pure whole-leaf products with zero artificial flavors, colorants or preservatives. We source directly from mountain family plantations and conduct strict residue testing to meet US food safety standards. No harmful agricultural chemicals are used during planting.
Q: What is the recommended brewing method for this tea?
A: Every tea requires unique brewing settings. Detailed guides are available on the product page, our Learn blog and product packaging. We strongly suggest trying traditional Gongfu brewing for the best taste. Starter teaware is also listed for your selection.
Q: How long can I keep the tea fresh, and how should I store it?
A: Sealed tea stays fresh for 12–18 months. After opening, keep it in an airtight container, cool, dry, away from sunlight and strong odors. Green tea and light oolong taste best within 3 months after opening; aged Pu-erh can be stored for many years.
Q: Is this authentic single-origin Chinese tea? Is it handcrafted?
A: Every batch comes directly from well-known tea-growing regions in China. We clearly mark two production types: handcrafted artisan tea picked and processed manually, and standard factory-manufactured bulk tea. No blended low-grade materials are used.
Q: How much caffeine does this tea contain? Can I drink it before bedtime?
A: Fermented teas such as black tea and oolong have moderate caffeine. Green tea has lighter caffeine, while aged white tea and ripe Pu-erh have the lowest caffeine levels. If you are sensitive, we recommend drinking lightly fermented varieties before late afternoon.
Q: How long will international shipping take to the US?
A: Standard international shipping takes 10–20 working days. Express courier delivery arrives within 5–9 days. We use moisture-proof vacuum packaging to protect tea quality during overseas transit.
