Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from China via China Post ePacket, with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $9 USD per order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
