CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
Every Yunsho handmade teapot can be personalised with a custom base
inscription (signature stamp) according to your preference.
Before placing your order,
please review the following process and guidelines:
- Production Lead Time:
- Each piece is entirely handcrafted.
- Please allow approximately 15 working days from order confirmation to completion.
- Making Record:
We will document every key stage of the crafting process and print
selected photos to include with your package — so you can follow your
piece's journey from raw clay to finished porcelain. - Custom Inscription:
You may specify your desired inscription - (in Chinese characters, English, or other scripts)
- — we will apply it after trimming and before the final firing.
- Firing Risk Notice:
Please kindly note that if a custom‑inscribed piece develops any flaw during high‑temperature firing (e.g., cracks, warping, or uneven glaze), it cannot be repaired. - In such cases, the piece will need to be remade in the next firing cycle,
- which will extend the delivery time accordingly.
- We will keep you informed of the progress every step of the way.
